  2. In a saute pan / Dutch pot add Butter to hot ♨ pan combine Onion, Carrots until acquired colour is accomplished..
  3. Add 1/4 Cup hot water, blend up seasonings, Apple Cider Vinegar, ketchup, Sugar. Stir. Taste. If required flavors needed to be added then do so..
  4. Add Callaloo, sprinkle 3 light dashes of Basil & Chives(don't want to overpower the Callaloo),sprinkle 1 dash of Black Pepper (for flavor)..
  5. Crack egg, DO NOT whisk. Drizzle over Callaloo. Tip- Ensure egg is evenly distributed..
  6. Apply a final stir. Cover and allow to simmer. Until Callaloo has a green sheen appearance. Callaloo should be cooked for 9mins..
