- It's 1 cup of Onion.
- Prepare 1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese.

- Sift 2 cups of all purpose flour..

- Now roll the dough into a 12 x 10 inch rectangle..
- Spread about 2/3 of the onion mixture in the center off the dough. Spread out the mixture evenly..

- Put the remaining onion mixture evenly ob top of the bread and sprinkle about 1/2 tsp of parsley.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 375Β°f then turn off and finish baking the bread for another 15 minutes.
