  1. You need 2 of Potatoes (Peel & cut into small cubes).

  1. Blend the tomatoes in a blender and set aside. In a pan, heat til oil. Add green bell pepper cubes and stir fry for 2 minutes on medium high heat. Remove and keep aside..

  5. To this add potatoes and hot water and let it come to a boil. Cover with lid and cook till potatoes are cooked. (Alternatively, you can cook it in a pressure cooker).
  6. Add the stir fried green bell peppers, coriander leaves and lemon juice and saute for a minute..
  7. Garnish again with coriander leaves and green chillies.
  8. Relish it either with Rotis, Puris, Rice etc.
