- Take all mix dal in a big bowl. Wash and soak for 2 hours. Soak 2 tablespoon chana dal separately. After 2 hours drain water from the dal and rinse wel. Take one blender jar add the daal and blend coarse paste. While blending add lilte water if needed.
- Take all the coarsely dal mixture in a big bowl add chopped onion, garam masala, cumin and red chilli powder, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix wel all together..
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.take a small portion of mixture into ur hand and make a smal ball and flatten shape. Check Oil should be hot while dropping small portion of mixture.take one by one mixture into ur hand give shape and drop into the oil. It should rise slowly without browning..
- After 2 to 3 minutes flip dal wada to the other side. Add vada into the oil according to space so that it will be easy to turn while frying. Fry till golden and crisp. Remove and drain them into the kitchen tissue.once finishing vada frying serve them hot with Green mint chutney... Mix Dal vada is ready to serve....
