  1. Pan मधे Oats fry करा 2 min. थंड झाल्यावर mixer मधून पावडर करायची नंतर पावडर व रवा, दही,मीठ, eno सर्व mix करून घ्यायचे,लागेल तसे थोड़े पाणी वापरुन batter तयार करून घ्यायचे व 20 मिनिट बाजूला ठेवायचे..
  2. इथे मी beetroot चा किस mixer मधून पाणी कमी वापरून काढून अर्क काढला हा अर्क बाटली मधे भरुन fridge मधे ठेवावा व लागेल तसा वापरावा. आता batter तीन बाउल मधे ओतायचे,त्यात क्रमाने pumpkin किस व हळद,beetroot व अर्क व तिसऱ्या मधे पुदीना चटणी घालायची.सर्व छान mix करून oil लावलेल्या इडली पात्रात batter घालून घेऊया व 20 min.steam दिल्यावर gas बंद करून 5 min.तसेच राहु देऊन नंतर सावकाश इडल्या सोडवुन चटणी बरोबर serve करूया..
  3. चटणी : ओले खोबरे,खायची डाळ, हिरवी मिरची,कोथिम्बीर, लिम्बू, मीठ.डाळ आधी वाटून घ्या नंतर बाकीचे साहित्य वाटा.सर्व एकत्र करुन राई,हींग,मिरची,कडीपत्ता घालून फोडणी दया..
