  1. Mix all the dry ingredients first, post sifting well.
  2. Then, followed by rest all other ingredients- as aforementioned & give a nice mix.
  3. Leave it to rest for about 15 mins, covering the mixing bowl.
  4. Butter any non-stick frying pan.
  5. Then, put one scoop of the prepared batter to it and fry each side- for a minute or so & then flip it to the other side- keeping the gas flame on low-medium.
