Oats masala idli fry step by step

  1. एक कटोरे में भूना पिसा ओट्स सूजी मटर गाजर नमक मिला लें।.
  2. फिर उसमें दही पानी मिला लें इडली जैसा धोल बना लें 20 मिनट तक अलग रख दें.
  3. फिर उसमें ‌ईनो मिला लें.
  4. इडली सांचों में तेल लगा कर मिश्रण डाल दें! धिमी आंच पर 10 से 15 मिनट पकाएं! फिर गैस बंद कर दें.
  5. तैयार इडली को बहार निकाल ले फिर उसके टुकड़े कर लें.
  6. कड़ाही में तेल गरम करें उसमें राई डालें.
  7. करी पत्ता भी डालें बारीक कटा प्याज हरी मिर्च ‌डाले प्याज को‌ हल्का भूरा होने तक भूनें फिर उसमें ‌टमाटर डालें नरम होने तक भूनें फिर उसमें लाल मिर्च पाउडर मिला लें और फिर इसे ‌तेल छूटने तक‌ पकाएं.
  8. फिर उसमें ‌ईडली डाल कर मिश्रण को हिला दे.
  9. हरा धनिया डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें.
  10. तैयार इडली को ‌प्लेट में निकाल लें.
