  2. You need of Sweet onion - chopped.
  3. It's of Mushrooms - chopped.
  4. It's of Poblano pepper - chopped.
  5. It's of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup.
  6. It's of Marsala wine "Gran Chief".
  7. It's of salt and pepper to taste.

Served with rice, refried beans, guacamole salad, and flour tortillas. Fajita chicken, tilapia fillet, shrimp, bell peppers, and mushrooms.   1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Place thawed tenderized roundsteak in a 9 x 13 inch oven safe baking dish - salt and pepper to taste ( very important to remove ALL of the fat - otherwise the fat will make the dish soupy).
  3. Chop and mix vegetables then place on top of roundsteak.
  4. Scoop out mushroom soup and place on top of vegetables.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of Marsala wine.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 min.
  8. Serve over rice.
